When `Target::GetEntryPointAddress()` calls `exe_module->GetObjectFile()->GetEntryPointAddress()`, and the returned
`entry_addr` is valid, it can immediately be returned.

However, just before that, an `llvm::Error` value has been setup, but in this case it is not consumed before returning, like is done further below in the function.

In https://bugs.freebsd.org/248745 we got a bug report for this, where a very simple test case aborts and dumps core:

```
* thread plaidml#1, name = 'testcase', stop reason = breakpoint 1.1
    frame #0: 0x00000000002018d4 testcase`main(argc=1, argv=0x00007fffffffea18) at testcase.c:3:5
   1	int main(int argc, char *argv[])
   2	{
-> 3	    return 0;
   4	}
(lldb) p argc
Program aborted due to an unhandled Error:
Error value was Success. (Note: Success values must still be checked prior to being destroyed).
Thread 1 received signal SIGABRT, Aborted.
Fix the incorrect error catch by only instantiating an `Error` object if it is necessary.
A couple of AArch64 tests were failing on Solaris, both sparc and x86:
  LLVM :: MC/AArch64/SVE/add-diagnostics.s
  LLVM :: MC/AArch64/SVE/cpy-diagnostics.s
  LLVM :: MC/AArch64/SVE/cpy.s
  LLVM :: MC/AArch64/SVE/dup-diagnostics.s
  LLVM :: MC/AArch64/SVE/dup.s
  LLVM :: MC/AArch64/SVE/mov-diagnostics.s
  LLVM :: MC/AArch64/SVE/mov.s
  LLVM :: MC/AArch64/SVE/sqadd-diagnostics.s
  LLVM :: MC/AArch64/SVE/sqsub-diagnostics.s
  LLVM :: MC/AArch64/SVE/sub-diagnostics.s
  LLVM :: MC/AArch64/SVE/subr-diagnostics.s
  LLVM :: MC/AArch64/SVE/uqadd-diagnostics.s
  LLVM :: MC/AArch64/SVE/uqsub-diagnostics.s
For example, reduced from `MC/AArch64/SVE/add-diagnostics.s`:
  add     z0.b, z0.b, #0, lsl plaidml#8
missed the expected diagnostics
  $ ./bin/llvm-mc -triple=aarch64 -show-encoding -mattr=+sve add.s
  add.s:1:21: error: immediate must be an integer in range [0, 255] with a shift amount of 0
  add     z0.b, z0.b, #0, lsl plaidml#8
                      ^
The message is `Match_InvalidSVEAddSubImm8`, emitted in the generated
`lib/Target/AArch64/AArch64GenAsmMatcher.inc` for `MCK_SVEAddSubImm8`.
When comparing the call to `::AArch64Operand::isSVEAddSubImm<char>` on both
Linux/x86_64 and Solaris, I find
  875	    bool IsByte = std::is_same<int8_t, std::make_signed_t<T>>::value;
is `false` on Solaris, unlike Linux.
The problem boils down to the fact that `int8_t` is plain `char` on
Solaris: both the sparc and i386 psABIs have `char` as signed.  However,
with
  9887	    DiagnosticPredicate DP(Operand.isSVEAddSubImm<int8_t>());
in `lib/Target/AArch64/AArch64GenAsmMatcher.inc`, `std::make_signed_t<int8_t>`
above yieds `signed char`, so `std::is_same<int8_t, signed char>` is `false`.
This can easily be fixed by also allowing for `int8_t` here and in a few
similar places.
Tested on `amd64-pc-solaris2.11`, `sparcv9-sun-solaris2.11`, and
`x86_64-pc-linux-gnu`.
Commit de3445e (https://reviews.llvm.org/D132096) made
changes to isVectorPromotionViable basically doing
  // Create Vector with size of V, and each element of type Ty
  ...
  uint64_t ElementSize = DL.getTypeStoreSizeInBits(Ty).getFixedSize();
  uint64_t VectorSize = DL.getTypeSizeInBits(V).getFixedSize();
  ...
  VectorType *VTy = VectorType::get(Ty, VectorSize / ElementSize, false);
Not quite sure why it uses the TypeStoreSize for the ElementSize,
but the new vector would only match in size with the old vector in
situations when the TypeStoreSize equals the TypeSize for Ty.
Therefore this patch adds a typeSizeEqualsStoreSize check as yet
another condition for allowing the the new type as a promotion
candidate.
Without this fix the new @test15 test would fail with an assert
like this:
opt: ../lib/Transforms/Scalar/SROA.cpp:1966:
  auto isVectorPromotionViable(llvm::sroa::Partition &,
                               const llvm::DataLayout &)
             DL.getTypeSizeInBits(LHSTy).getFixedSize() &&
             "Cannot have vector types of different sizes!"' failed.
Random testing revealed it's possible to crash the analyzer with the
command line invocation:
clang -cc1 -analyze -analyzer-checker=nullability empty.c
where the source file, empty.c is an empty source file.
This commit removes the assertion which failed here, because it was
logically incorrect: it required that if an Event is handled by some
(enabled) checker, then there must be an **enabled** checker which can
emit that kind of Event. It should be OK to disable the event-producing
checkers but enable an event-consuming checker which has different
responsibilities in addition to handling the events.
Note that this assertion was in an `#ifndef NDEBUG` block, so this
change does not impact the non-debug builds.
