Simplify Remote Chunking Configuration [BATCH-2686]

As a Spring Batch developer, I would like to not need to configure the various Spring Integration components required for remote chunking.

This issue would need to provide the ability to configure both the master and the worker components. We’ll need to spike out how to handle the middleware aspect (the feature must be able to handle the different types of middleware that Spring Integration supports).
