Currently the latest nightly version for linux is dated December, 8th:

rustc 0.13.0-nightly (8bca470c5 2014-12-08 00:12:30 +0000)

Buildbot reports that today's build was successful, however, it seems that uploading steps had not been executed.

Gonna take a wild guess that Mac is the culprit here:

checking tmp/dist/rust-nightly/mac
no commit-id

Yes, all nightlies are kept in sync and the mac nightlies have been failing for awhile now. New nightlies will be uploaded once all platforms succeed.
