Tempfile is updated since it is generating a deprecation due to a method rename.

I presume the help output change is due to an update in clap.

Should we instead check the “update compatible” box in #13256 to generate the PR, so we will have a nice diff comparion for each dependency?

I believe you've already reviewed the changes though, and appreciate the effort!

My understanding (which is probably wrong) is that renovate is broken. It's supposed to be posting these every month. I have not looked into it in detail, but I think the error "crate `curl-sys` does not have a version `0.4.80`" is what is preventing it from being able to do an update. I believe it doesn't understand build metadata in semver. I thought there was an issue for this, but I can't find it.

I don't know if trying to manually trigger it would help, but I would guess it will run into the same error.

I guess this version is the stripped-metadata version from here, so that we got the error message WARN: Release interceptor failed for "crate" from here.

I don't really know if it is the root cause, since the change was made 7 months ago, though we stopped seeing "update compatible" PR since March.
