This test is no longer working under current compilers because of what appear to be changes to how lints are surfaced in code generated by external macros. We might want to follow this up in `rust-lang` but in the meantime we should try keep a green build.

rust-langand re-instate this test, but in the meantime we should try keep a green build inlazy_static.
