How do i specify the name of the output quarto html file via command line?

How do i specify the name of the output quarto html file via command line?
i read in the terminal that there is a -o or --output, but i cannot figure out how to get it to work.
Thank you for the help you can provide.

Something like the following:
quarto render file.qmd --output myname.html

[mcanouil]

Please don’t close discussions without reasons.
We kept them open as the default GitHub behaviour is to exclude closed discussions from search.
