This should only be run (manually) one time. It requires a core dev's GitHub personal access token.

Closes #334

@ewdurbin thought I'll check with you first before I create the Triage team.

Can I go ahead and run this script? I think I have the permission to create teams and assign people to it.

Summary: This will create the triage team, adding myself, @zware and @vstinner as "maintainers".
the "triage" role doesn't seem to be exposed via API, so we need to manually change the role to "triage" through GitHub web UI.

After that we can start adding people to the team.

Looks good @Mariatta, go ahead and execute. Let me know if you need further support.

Thanks! The team has been created (https://github.com/orgs/python/teams/python-triage), but somehow I wasn't able to add myself as maintainer 🤨 Please add me as maintainer when you have the chance.

Done. I saw the request to join come in and made you a maintainer as well at the time of approval.

Sorry, one more thing 😥 Are you able to change the role to "triage" for all the repos? I only have access to some of them, where I'm an admin.

Done. I suppose that makes sense.
