First off, thank you very much for providing this project, it has helped me very much.

I went through the steps you listed here: https://github.com/pyqt/python-qt5/wiki/Updating-the-repository

Some changes:

  • Windows 10, 64-bit
  • Visual Studio 2015
  • MSVC 2015 version of Qt
  • Python 2.7.13 x86-64
  • sip 4.19
  • PyQt 5.7.1
  • QScintilla 2.9.4

Everything worked for me for the application I am working on which included QSci.
