Better exception message when Puli not found

At the moment we got a clear and straight forward message when Puli Factory is not found or Puli Factory class does not exist. (Source) I believe many users is going to face that message. I would suggest to do something that helps the user to know what next step to take.

Suggestions:

• Include a link to http://docs.php-http.org/ that clearly explains what actions to take.
• Make the exception more unique and easier to Google. Maybe include "Httplug"?

Good idea. Something similar to what I did with composer suggest part. Although I am not sure if including Httplug in the exception name helps. If the exception message is not enough, I would go with something like PuliNotFoundException.

i think a link to an explanation is the best. a clear message that you can google for is ok, but as we know exactly what is wrong, we can put the explanation in our doc and link to it in the exception so people don't need to go to stack overflow

the idea in this issue is to make this exception more verbose and link to the documentation (maybe even the specific page about setting up discovery with puli)
