Add connector for Vertica database

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We use the Vertica database for our data lake where I work, and this would be a very useful connection to have.

A connector, very much like the one for PostgreSQL.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Though similar, the PostgreSQL connector may not work out of the box for Vertica. cc @ananya-roy
