fix: Make text-handling more DOM-like, implementing wholeText. Underlying native text is updated with each addition/removal of a text node.

fix: Rewrote the DOM's node handling, and in particular, the insertBefore behaviour, and have possibly fixed the problem of missing text nodes in await blocks.
