Add an R example

What problem are you trying to solve?

I see python examples, but I don't see R examples. I think that R users will like devbox too :)

What solution would you like?

I would like to see examples for using devbox with R. I'm not sure if this would fit best in the examples/development section, or the examples/data_science section. My gut says that it should be in the data science section.

Alternatives you've considered

I've had a good look through the docs and repo and haven't seen any existing R examples, or other issues requesting this (although it is hard to search for R 😆 ).

Agree that data_science works well for the location. In the future, maybe we can also have julia and other similar data-sciency languages.
