Date and Time: Standardize it across system

The date and time are using different formats in the system. Please identify different places for the date and time usage and standardize the date and time in all ways.

Is this issue demanding to make the time formats same throughout the system. For eg. to use 12 hour or 24 hour format in the entire system?

No, times should be as used by people, e.g. in English most people will use AM/PM for the time. In this issue it should be addressed that there are different formats throughout the same language used, e.g. 6 Dec 2020, December 6, 2020 etc.

1. "ddd" or "dddd" for days of week
2. For time :- "h:mm A" or "hh:mm A"
3. For date :- "MMMM DD YYYY" or "DD MMMM YYYY" or "MMMM Do YYYY"
   For across the platform
