Tables don't keep their links when the query restarts

When I rerun a query, the tables lose their links. This is also relevant for Dropdown Filters

Steps to reproduce

1. Write a script that creates some tables
2. Run the script. Link between the two tables using Linker or DropdownFilter
3. rerun the script

I would expect the tables to stay linked

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

They do not stay linked
