19 failed layout tests

On Ubuntu Linux where I generated the bindings #22, when running cargo test, I get:
test result: FAILED. 371 passed; 19 failed; 0 ignored; 0 measured; 0 filtered out

The generated bindings may not be portable, so probably should remove them from the git repo once things stabilize. I get a few more errors when compiling the Linux bindings on Windows:
test result: FAILED. 354 passed; 36 failed; 0 ignored; 0 measured; 0 filtered out

The sed -i -e 's/i32/c_int/g' __bindgen.rs is a temp workaround for rust-lang/rust-bindgen#1025.

It took 840 minutes (14 hours) to crunch through and resulted in this test case:
