BREAKING CHANGE: StreamElementsEvent is now typesafe. For Test Events there is now StreamElementsTestEvent.

This Pull Request adds interfaces for every Stream Elements Event. (Normal and Test)
It also adds event functions for every onTest type. (e.g. Sub, Cheer, ...)
