  • Drop 3.10 from arangodb matrix
  • Remove patch version from 3.11
  • First CI run with latest == 3.12
  • Doc updates
  • Removal of 3.10 & 3.11 checks in the tests

LGTM

The docs issue is unrelated and will be fixed by this PR: #335

We can drop 3.10 altogether now, since support for it ended on April 15. Going forward, we'll care about 3.11 and 3.12 (latest). This should also update the ArangoDB version to 3.11+ in the requirements section of the index.rst documentation. I'm just pointing this out here, we can do this in a separate PR if you prefer.
