Furthermore, strxfrm behaves differently here than it used to in previous Python versions, what causes a test failure. I was thinking it was because of python/cpython#74940, but that turned out to be unrelated (see #2043 and #2040). Let's deal with this mess in Weblate itself first (maybe WeblateOrg/weblate#10334).
