The code seems to natively for specific usage, can refer the EkycModule.php and create similar thing for AlacarteModule.php.

And LoyaltyVoucherAPI.php was seems not a really good approach, should instead come with the function name and purpose like PaymentModule.php etc redeemVoucher, voidVoucher, getMember
