The task of the first laboratory work is to add the
always_inlineattribute to those functions that do not have any conditions.The plugin outputs function declarations with their definitions to the standard output stream, including the
always_inlineattribute itself, if by condition it should be there.Tests have also been implemented that check the result of the plugin.
