Loop 3.2 Release
Merge dev into main for 3.2.1 release.
Both methods are using "github", so I think we probably want to be a little clearer on this.
This exposes the name of the branch or tag that the Build Loop step is running. This helps show users what is being built (and thus a history) in the GitHub Actions view.

This brings in the record of all the commits made to main, but not dev, so it looks like a lot of commits. But there are only 3 files changed and 2 of those are because we made modifications to the release/3.6.0 branch after creating it from dev and before merging it into main.
