Communicate that this doesn't work with transpilers

The readme should have information that this plugin doesn't work with blocks that should be transpiled, eg.

At the very least the errors could be a bit more obvious than the current:

(vue plugin) [rollup-plugin-vue] could not find place to inject template in script.
