Few days ago we released MyCitadel Desktop - a wallet done with rust-bitcoin and rust-miniscript (and descriptor-wallet lib on top, coming from LNP/BP Standards Association). It is able to do multisigs with arbitrary timelock spending conditions: https://github.com/mycitadel/mycitadel-desktop/releases/tag/v1.0.0
It is done with full taproot support, including script path spendings. Unfortunately there are no Hw wallets able to sign this spendings :(
PS. The wallet is 100% rust, made with gtk-rs. The first and the only wallet done in pure rust, I am aware of.
