How to use with CPM (cmake package manager)

I want use this library into my project and i need use CPM because my cmake projecta already use it for other libraries.

Anyone already do it and can help me?

Here's an example:

This doesn't seem to give access to the pybind11_add_module command that I would normally get from having pybind11 as a submodule, then doing include(pybind11) and find_package(pybind11). Is there some other configuration / step I need to perform to be able to get that command?
