Unable to reverify Github Education pack.

Hi everyone,

I've been an active member of github and I had github student pack. But recently, I've seen an option to reverify, and I thought my plan has expired and I was trying to reverify. However, when I have submitted the application, it wass rejected within a minute of submission.

First of all, my first name, and last name were provided in github correctly (in billing profile), and I still get this error. They are in same order too.
I'm getting the above error. I'm out of station to write an exam, and I'm unable to get my student dev pack. I doubt even after going back to home, I would be able to do this, because my house is little far from my campus, and I don't know what to do.
I wonder if github brings back their manual verification, it was little time taking, but accurate, I don't know if our world is really improving by using these AI tools which are completely inaccurate and inefficient, because in this case, every region has it's own format of document.
Please solve this issue.

Yeah, the location would be an issue as you are not in the same city. Try it once you reach your home; it should not be a problem. Can you tell me how far is your campus from home? It was not a problem for me and my accommodation was a few kilometers away.
