Our institute doesn't provide email

Hey there,
Our institute doesn't provide email with their domain, I have my college I'd, which is government approved and AICTE Certified.

Isn't there any other way to do ?

Upload a clear scan/photo of your AICTE-certified college ID.
If rejected, contact GitHub Education support and explain your situation.
Provide any official documents proving you're a student.

I have submitted my student ID twice, but my application keeps getting rejected. My institution doesn’t provide a .edu email. Can someone please share the official GitHub Education support email so I can contact them directly?
