Yes.

From release to release there is a wild discrepancy of packaging, some have linux some do not,` some have only sources.

This breaks the GitHub CI HLint action latest release install, so I set 3.3.4 (3.3.4 works there, probably because Linux binaries present) in haskell/haskell-language-server#2537.

I've just spun a new 3.3.6 which has a working release. Can someone confirm this fixes the haskell-ci issues etc

Can confirm that at least xmonad's CI now works perfectly again!
