Tenant tokens: comparison with similar security functionality

After one of his interactions with Cloud prospects, @qdequele has reported it would have helped him to have a resource comparing tenant tokens with SQL's row access policies.

This sounds like a good lead for a new article. Need to find an SME to obtain more precise information about these differences, and whether there are any other comparable security features we may need to document.
