Says it's not a font file. Likely corrupted.

Can you please give more details? Operating system? Font version? Font format?

We’ve just released a new version of the fonts in which a hinting issue was fixed in the bold weight. Perhaps you can try installing the new font and see if it works.

Seems to have worked. Apologies for not giving more detail originally. I wrote the initial message as I was going out the door, and didn't have time to come back to it until now.
