Not too sure how/why but I had to unplug and plug travis back in for the build reports to appear on PRs. In the process coveralls is no longer reported (this is not a huge problem as we can always read the coverage log from the travis build but it's not ideal).

It doesn't look like coveralls is plugged in right. I was waiting to see on a new PR, it's not on #603...
