about: rewrote "Is this a Linux distribution?" section to reflect current policy
Removed 404 link "Alternative Distros". Rewrote the section for clarity and consistency with upstream direction. Matches structural changes from github.com/AsahiLinux/docs/alt (see: alt: clear out).
